Hi, I'm Lisa Lagace, a Toronto-based emerging screenwriter & experienced journalist.
I've spent the past 15 years writing--either as a journalist, blogger, content writer, or screenwriter.
Over the years, my words have appeared in
publications like NPR, Marie Claire, Toronto Star, Culinaire Magazine, Time Out New York, TV Insider, Paste Magazine, and USA Today. I've covered everything from movies, music & TV, to travel, health, personal finance, and the world of work.
Currently, I'm focused on screenwriting and writing for TV--taking everything I've learned over the years as a journalist to the screen. I love writing dark and absurd comedy/dramedy, and dramatic thrillers.
